Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven success sourcing and closing top performers in a competitive environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms (Greenhouse & LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)
  • Resilience, competitiveness, and the drive to exceed goals

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process —sourcing, vetting, interviewing, and closing top talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to define strategies and align on business needs
  • Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Drive daily recruiting activity (calls, InMails, phone screens) to meet hiring goals
  • Manage pipeline activity and reporting in our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Extend offers, manage negotiations, and guide candidates through onboarding
