We are looking for a remote Corporate Recruiter with full lifecycle recruiting experience including talent sourcing, interviewing, and identifying excellent candidates for our Business Development (BD) team and upcoming pipeline of work. The Corporate Recruiter will collaborate with program managers, teaming partners, and the BD team on a regular basis and proactively identify qualified candidates for all hiring needs. Our ideal Recruiter will have a strong recruiting background with experience in federal consulting. The chosen candidate will focus on identifying candidates for upcoming Key Personnel needs, understanding the BD pipeline to proactively source, and ensuring candidates sign letters of commitment or contingent offers needed for Trilogy to grow. This role is remote, and we have a strong preference for candidates local to the DC metro area to attend ad hoc or quarterly meetings, and potential career fairs.
