The position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Corporate Sales and Marketing teams by ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, reports, and vendor contracts. This role also supports inventory orders, award and recognition programs, VIPX invoicing, and month-end accrual activities for performance marketing and helps maintain efficient daily operations and support overall department performance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Multi tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced high-volume environment.

  • Ability to travel & support award and recognition events as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing for Payroll and reports for all Corporate Sales & Marketing Vice Presidents.
  • Create and maintain employee records in various system applications.
  • Track par levels for all Sales & Marketing collateral for all sales centers; send notifications, review invoices and payments.
  • Create, Track & Process and assist with all Corporate Sales and Marketing Award and Recognition invoices for events, awards, talent, vendors and events.
  • Facilitate the tracking & processing vendor contracts for Sales and Marketing Annual Awards, VIP Experiences and Performance Marketing.
