Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal TANDEM system.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • The drive to work with limited supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of heavy equipment applications/configurations with an emphasis on Deere
  • Prior experience in construction, forestry, rental or purchasing is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Handle purchasing and logistics coordination of new machines and attachments
  • Approval and coding of machine and attachment invoices
  • Audit business systems records
  • Aid Territory Managers, Inventory Manager and branch sales coordinators
  • Project work
