About The Position

The CRB Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a non-rotational 17-month program designed to provide participants with a broad knowledge base, varied skills, and a diverse network. It offers a holistic view of CRB with hands-on experience, insight, and opportunities to make an impact and shape one's own career. The program includes a 1-week orientation followed by robust onboarding training covering various functions within CRB, aiming to provide graduates with a well-rounded understanding of the industry while allowing them to deep dive into their respective business areas. The Placement teams within WTW deliver superior results for clients' business and risk management needs through deep product and industry expertise. The role of a broker is to help clients mitigate their total cost of risk. The Placement team acts as the firm’s intellectual capital, assessing, modeling, and structuring risk for clients. Brokers then escort the clients’ risk into the market, leveraging market relationships and negotiation skills to secure quotations from insurance carriers. While the day-to-day work is similar, each placement is unique. Common tasks include preparing and sending submissions, liaising with markets, analyzing exposures, working through risk models, and negotiating quotations.
