About The Position

The Corporate Responsibility Specialist supports the coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of corporate responsibility programs, requirements, and initiatives across AFL, with a primary focus on Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) program management. The work takes place in a normal office and manufacturing facility environment. When not traveling, the schedule is three days in the Duncan office and two days remote. Some travel may be required, but is not frequent (<15%).
