About The Position

The Corporate Responsibility Reporting Manager is responsible for leading the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting and disclosure efforts. This role oversees the development of annual sustainability and impact reports, ensures compliance with leading global reporting frameworks, and manages the collection, verification, and analysis of non‑financial performance data. The Manager collaborates closely with cross‑functional partners to enhance transparency, support regulatory readiness, and communicate the company’s ESG commitments to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in ESG reporting, sustainability data management, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience with GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of global ESG standards, trends, and regulatory developments.
  • Excellent analytical and data management capabilities.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills for varied audiences.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with competing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to synthesize technical information.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting.
  • Frequent communication in verbal and written form.
  • Ability to analyze information, reason, and solve problems.
  • Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 10 lbs.).
  • Cognitive ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, drafting, and publication of the annual Corporate Responsibility/Impact Report.
  • Ensure alignment with GRI, SASB, TCFD, and other reporting frameworks.
  • Manage timelines, stakeholder inputs, and review cycles.
  • Oversee systems and processes for ESG data collection, validation, and auditability.
  • Build internal controls and maintain documentation to support verification processes.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations to collect accurate metrics.
  • Track emerging ESG regulations (e.g., CSRD, SEC climate disclosure, EPR requirements) and advise on implications.
  • Support regulatory reporting as applicable.
  • Coordinate responses to ESG ratings, rankings, and investor questionnaires.
  • Provide clear communication on corporate responsibility progress to internal and external audiences.
  • Conduct materiality assessments, benchmarking, and trend analysis to inform ESG strategy.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance performance, transparency, and stakeholder trust.
