About The Position

The Corporate Relations Manager develops and advances strategic corporate partnerships that generate financial, in-kind, and community support across multiple programs and service areas. This role expands organizational capacity by aligning corporate engagement opportunities with program priorities, regional needs, and long-term advancement goals. Through sustained partnership development and stewardship, the position helps strengthen resources, increase community investment, and broaden support for individuals, families, and the communities served throughout the Greater Puget Sound region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Public Relations, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may substitute for degree.
  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in corporate relations, fundraising, business development, strategic partnerships, account management, or related external relationship-building roles.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, securing, and managing corporate partnerships, sponsorships, or revenue-generating business relationships.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships, projects, and priorities simultaneously while achieving measurable goals.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and donor/customer engagement skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including proposal development, business correspondence, and presentations to professional audiences.
  • Intermediate proficiency with business applications and productivity software; experience using CRM, fundraising, or donor management systems.
  • Demonstrates resilience, sound judgment, and adaptability when navigating competing priorities, challenges, and organizational change.
  • Demonstrate commitment to working effectively with diverse communities, colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Standard LCSNW criminal clearance, including national sex offender.
  • Motor vehicle records, valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corporate engagement strategies that increase revenue, in-kind support, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships across multiple programs and geographic areas.
  • Cultivate, solicit, steward, and expand relationships with corporate partners, business leaders, and community stakeholders to achieve organizational fundraising goals.
  • Partner with Santa for Seniors and Advancement leadership to develop and implement corporate engagement strategies that support multi-state expansion, increase regional and national visibility, and strengthen sustainable revenue streams.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships through the full relationship lifecycle, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, activation, reporting, and renewal.
  • Collaborate with programs, advancement, communications, and executive leadership to identify partnership opportunities that align business interests with organizational priorities and community impact.
  • Secure and manage corporate sponsorships, cause-marketing initiatives, employee engagement opportunities, workplace giving programs, and other partnership investments.
  • Represent the organization at corporate, community, and networking events to strengthen visibility, build strategic relationships, and identify new partnership opportunities.
