Requirements

• Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
• Experience with high-volume or hourly service roles is a plus.
• Passion for sourcing through creative channels, social media, networking, and databases.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to instantly build rapport and excitement.
• Organization skills to keep data tight and compliant within an ATS.
• 3+ years of full cycle corporate recruiting experience ideally in a high-volume environment.
• Experience working with business teams and recruiting for various roles, including but not limited to hourly part-time workforce.
• A strong drive to source, attract, and secure talent of varying experience and backgrounds, with a focus on building a diverse pipeline.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge and experience with an industry ATS (Paycom is used).
• Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers.
• Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans.
• Knowledge and understanding of AAP and OFCCP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier, part-time hourly service professionals and corporate talent.
• Work directly alongside hiring managers and company leadership to understand unique staffing needs and build winning teams.
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including crafting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidates in Paycom.
• Build candidate excitement, promote core values, and deliver an exceptional onboarding impression.
