The Corporate Recruiter plays a critical role within our talent acquisition team. Your passion is centered around discovering and using the most innovative methods and tools to uncover and convert newly discovered talent. A Corporate Recruiter is responsible to “hunt” top world class talent and convert them to active candidates. The Corporate Recruiter will partner with our Business Development Team on pre-bid and bid phases. This role will also be partnered with our Business Operations Team for post-award, transitions, and contract execution phases.

Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate or agency recruiting environment.
  • Experience working for federal contractors is required.
  • High volume sourcing recruiting experience is required.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, ever changing environment.
  • Proven track record of successful staffing in the pre-bid process and the ability to meet the deadline.
  • Expert sourcing skills.
  • Experience reviewing statements of work, RFPs, and labor categories.

Nice To Haves

  • Proposal recruiting experience with emphasis on finding key personnel and successful track record of signed commitment letters, letters of intent, contingent offer letters, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full life-cycle recruitment process: conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure accurate and engaging job postings across various platforms, maintaining consistency and relevance in all job openings.
  • Collaborate with management to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics and recruitment requirements to develop recruitment strategies that support their objectives.
  • Work with the Business Development and the Proposal Team to generate a pipeline of candidates at pre-bid & bid phases.
  • Work with the Business Operations Team to fill funded positions on existing contracts and corporate roles.
  • Recruit non-cleared & cleared candidates in areas of Engineering, Acquisition, Facilities, Operations, and more.
  • Network, build relationships, understand the needs of the current team and be the feeder pool into the aging requisitions and current needs.
  • Partner with program managers upon transition to manage candidate experience and workflow.
  • Build and manage a Resume Library for core competencies.
  • Responsible for all other aspects of Talent Acquisition such as letter of commitment, candidate tracking, and onboarding, etc.
