About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for a Corporate Recruiter in Deerfield or Round Lake, IL (Hybrid). This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes, while ensuring a strong candidate experience and alignment with business priorities. This individual must be locally based in Round Lake or Deerfield and able to support onsite hiring needs as required. The Stefanini Group is a global provider of offshore, onshore, and near shore outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application, and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1000 enterprises around the world. Our presence is in countries like the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia, and more than four hundred clients across a broad spectrum of markets, including financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, chemical services, technology, public sector, and utilities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in agency or corporate recruiting.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools, Workday Preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and HR to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for manufacturing and functional roles.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, particularly for high-volume and hard-to-fill MFG roles (e.g., CDL, operations, technical positions).
  • Delivering a positive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and consistent follow-through.
  • Provide market insights and data to influence hiring decisions, including compensation, talent availability, and competitive trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support diversity hiring initiatives and ensure inclusive recruiting practices.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to TA projects and initiatives.
