About The Position

Custom Truck One Source (CTOS) is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions and support additional hiring needs as required. This onsite role involves partnering closely with business leaders to develop effective hiring strategies and build strong talent pipelines to support the company's continued growth. The ideal candidate is driven and experienced, capable of making an immediate impact by supporting recruiting efforts across nationwide corporate teams and playing a key role in attracting top talent to help the organization scale.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven success managing 10–20 open requisitions across multiple functions
  • Experience recruiting for corporate roles such as Finance, Accounting, Sales, HR, IT, and Marketing
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, including direct/passive sourcing, referrals, and agency partnerships
  • High level of comfort with recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and social media
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing or heavy equipment industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates to build a strong and diverse pipeline.
  • Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Provide data-driven insights and consult on recruiting strategies to improve hiring outcomes and retention.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with colleges and universities to support early talent initiatives.
  • Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor to promote employment brand and attract top talent.
  • Develop and deliver presentations using PowerPoint and Excel to communicate recruiting activity and strategy.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Train hiring managers on best practices and effective use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Create engaging, innovative job postings using multimedia tools (video, imagery, etc.) to stand out in the market.
  • Support talent programs and employer branding initiatives to drive engagement and visibility.
