About The Position

As part of the global Human Resources team, and reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates for open positions. This role partners with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring goals.

Nice To Haves

  • Certificate, diploma or degree accreditation in Human Resources or related field is preferred or working towards a designation is an asset
  • 5+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake to candidate placement.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conducts phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview processes.
  • Conduct reference checks and facilitate offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain candidate records and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and post job descriptions and advertisements.
  • Provide market insights regarding talent availability, salary trends, and hiring strategies.
  • Ensure hiring managers receive qualified candidates in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and reports.
  • Track progress against hiring goals and performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and hiring procedures.
  • Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
