About The Position

We are seeking a self-motivated and outgoing professional to support recruiting efforts at IST Management nationwide with a focus on hiring professionals and sales executives in the e-Discovery field. Candidates must have prior recruiting experience OR experience and proven success with cold-call outbound b2b sales.

Requirements

  • Prior recruiting experience OR experience and proven success with cold-call outbound b2b sales.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Computer and internet savvy; fluency in MS Office environment
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Legal authorization to work for any employer in the US required
  • Willingness to cross-train for other job functions required

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System is a plus!
  • Degree a plus

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing - You will post job ads and execute cold calling and cold email/messaging campaigns; you'll contact non-applicants and applicants to identify and engage potential candidates for a range of job requisitions from entry level to high level sales executive. You'll maintain candidate relationships as you guide yours through the application and interview processes. We will provide you with the tools you need for success!
  • Full-cycle Recruiting and Interviewing - You will conduct phone interviews and web interviews, seeing your candidates through from first contact to first day on the job and beyond.
  • Recruiting Strategy - You'll develop your knowledge as a recruiter over time to formulate and implement creative recruiting strategy for difficult placements, including researching new platforms and methods for recruiting talent and staying abreast of the latest trends in recruiting.
  • Team Member Responsibilities - You'll maintain and present accurate activity reporting as well as attend weekly team meetings with executive team members. This includes effective communication and the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. You may participate in database management and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Representing IST Management - You will maintain knowledge on all of IST Management's latest offerings and utilize online presence, including LinkedIn and other social media, to attract and engage potential candidates.
