About The Position

Eastern Lift Truck Co. is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their Talent team, supporting recruiting efforts for the organization. This role is based out of the Dundalk, MD location. This is a high-volume, full-cycle recruiting position responsible for managing the recruitment process from job posting and candidate vetting to scheduling interviews, extending offers, and collaborating with HR team members. Requirements

• 3-5+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience with using an ATS
• College Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Reflects a professional image and will be able to maintain confidentiality
• High energy, "hunter" mentality
• Possess a positive attitude
• Excels in a FAST-PACED environment
• Ability to learn quickly
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Screen potential job applicants
• Hunt and find top talent
• Conduct prequalification phone screenings
• Complete and submit candidate writeups
• Schedule interviews
• Track candidates and manage candidate profiles through ATS portal (Dayforce)
• Assist in other on-boarding duties
• Establish relationships and work directly with Hiring Managers throughout the organization and develop recruiting plans
• Other Talent related, administrative duties
