About The Position

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for members and external vendors entering the Corporate Retail Center, providing a welcoming and professional experience. Goldenwest Credit Union is a premier non-profit financial cooperative providing exceptional member service to our members in Utah and Idaho. We are an organization of people helping people!

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Strong ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Timely and meticulous attention to verbal and written communication.
• Devotion to earning and maintaining member trust.
• Attentiveness to professionalism in appearance and action.

Nice To Haves

• Prior customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Politely greet members and business partners, direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain visitor log, distribute visitor badges.
• Receive, distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Provide consistent member follow-up.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
