About The Position

Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting a Corporate / Real Estate Associate Attorney for a well-established law firm. The role offers sophisticated transactional work, meaningful client responsibility, direct client interaction, and opportunities for professional growth and long-term advancement, with a quality of life described as better than traditional BigLaw. The annual billable-hour requirement is 1,500. Compensation is $125,000–$130,000+ for attorneys with 3–5 years of experience and may vary based on experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of corporate and/or commercial real estate experience.
• Experience with business transactions, M&A, entity formation, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
• Experience with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, or financing.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client-service skills.
• Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating with partners and clients.
• Licensed and in good standing with the applicable state bar.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate and commercial real estate transactional work.
• Work on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
• Work on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, or financing.
• Manage matters independently while collaborating with partners and clients.
• Interact directly with clients.
