Pomp’s Tire Service is actively searching for a Corporate Pricing Analyst to join our team in Green Bay. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing company pricing structures, supporting sales and operational teams, and ensuring pricing accuracy that directly impacts company profitability and employee commissions. Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Accounting or related field required
  • Thorough understanding of pricing strategies, pricing structures, and profitability management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of invoicing processes and work order creation in MaddenCo
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and exercise sound professional judgement
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and internal teams

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • expert knowledge in MaddenCo preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of the tire industry, including customer classes, product classes, and pricing structures strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize price matrices, vendor pricing, discount structures, special pricing, and product code assignments
  • Upload and maintain Government Contracts, National Account agreements, SLAs, and GOM Contracts
  • Manage labor codes, product codes, customer/product classes, and cross-references while maintaining pricing accuracy
  • Audit national account credit discrepancies and coordinate pricing corrections as needed
  • Provide advanced support to sales and customer service teams regarding pricing, commissions, and invoice-related matters
  • Perform data analysis, reporting, and identifying pricing trends and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure MAP pricing compliance and support audit and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with manufacturers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve pricing and system-related issues
  • Prioritize projects and maintain accurate pricing information that supports company profitability and commission integrity
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
