About The Position

Tuttle‑Click Automotive Group is seeking a Corporate Payroll Administrator to join their accounting and payroll team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, consistency, and working behind the scenes to support a large‑scale operation. The position offers the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring employees across multiple dealerships are paid accurately and on time, providing multi‑store exposure and a stable, professional environment within a dealership group that values consistency, accuracy, and internal growth.

Requirements

• Previous payroll administration experience preferred, ideally in a multi‑location environment
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Office (Excel strongly preferred)
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Maintain an acceptable driving record
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Experience in dealership or automotive environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process and administer payroll for multiple locations and departments
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Maintain payroll records, employee data, and timekeeping systems
• Review and validate timecards and payroll reports for accuracy
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner
• Assist with payroll audits and year‑end processing (including W‑2s)
• Collaborate with HR, accounting, and department managers as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive employee data
