Tuttle Click Capistrano Ford is seeking an experienced Automotive Line Technician to join our high-volume service department. Requirements

  • Previous dealership or professional automotive technician experience required
  • Ford experience and certifications preferred
  • ASE certifications strongly encouraged
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles in accordance with Ford and dealership standards
  • Perform engine, transmission, drivability, electrical, suspension, and brake repairs
  • Accurately document diagnostic findings, repair recommendations, and completed work
  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and additional needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all dealership procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and safety protocols
