The Corporate Operations & Dept Support Coordinator works with managers and staff members through strong collaborative teamwork to ensure administrative tasks are completed and business functions efficiently. This role provides operational and administrative support to the Corporate Operations department while also coordinating selected office-based support tasks associated with civil and survey operations. The position includes internal coordination responsibilities that support field crews, records, equipment tracking, document submissions, and departmental logistics. The Corporate Operations & Dept Support Coordinator is expected to demonstrate RLG’s core values through teamwork, high quality work, and commitment to the clients through supporting project objectives. The Corporate Operations & Dept Support Coordinator will undertake a variety of administrative duties and must be able to work autonomously and efficiently to support the end-to-end running of administrative projects and operations. Ultimately, this role contributes to the attainment of specific goals and results for the Corporate Operations department and the organization.
