SWBC is seeking a talented individual who will develop, execute, and manage traditional and digital marketing campaigns to support the company’s PEO, Real Estate, and Employee Benefits Consulting groups. This role partners closely with internal clients and senior leaders to deliver proactive, consultative, and elevated client service that strengthens brand positioning, supports referral-driven growth, and deepens relationship-based marketing efforts. Utilizes a mix of print, direct mail, digital, social media, paid search, and email marketing to support B2B and highly relationship-focused services. In this role, you will partner closely with internal clients and senior leaders to elevate marketing efforts across our PEO, Real Estate and Employee Benefits Consulting Groups. You’ll act as a trusted marketing partner, owning campaigns, strengthening referral and relationship-based strategies, and delivering high-quality, high-touch marketing support that drives growth and long-term client success.
