About The Position

Metropolitan Management Group is looking for a Corporate Leasing Specialist to join our team! The Corporate Leasing Specialist will schedule, manage, and conduct move out inspections for all residential properties, manage the court filings, and electronic files for current and past tenants. It also will involve traveling to our apartment communities on a regular basis. This position will report to the Operations Support Manager and will work directly with the Property Managers, Operations Team, and Regional Managers daily. Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and adapt in fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to organize data into usable format
  • Detail oriented; ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy in work
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel, including formulas and functions
  • Ability to read and understand tenant ledgers
  • Ability to work holidays and/or weekends when they fall during peak move out times
  • Ability to bend, sit, stand, walk for long period; this job will be partially in office and partially in field performing inspections.
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, manage, and conduct move out inspections for all residential properties (includes travel to properties in Berks, Dauphin, and Lehigh County).
  • Pricing and deposit accounting for all tenant move outs.
  • Create and manage electronic files for all past tenants.
  • File court documents and act as a company representative in court hearings involving move out charges.
  • Create and present monthly reporting on move outs and security deposits.
  • Provide support to the Leasing and Operations teams.
  • Train new hires on move out processes and procedures.
  • Ad hoc projects.
