About The Position

The Corporate & Investment Banking Structured Trade Finance Analyst develops, analyzes, and executes specialized financing solutions for international trade and commodity transactions with key risk mitigants. Key duties include structuring deals with instruments (prepayments, inventory finance), modeling cash flows, negotiating with banks, and managing risk through insurance or collateral.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, or Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience in commodity finance, corporate banking, or trade finance.
  • Advanced Excel modeling, knowledge of financial instruments, and risk assessment techniques.
  • Strong negotiation, multi-tasking, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage client and bank relationships.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence employment.
