About The Position

This is a Corporate Intern position focused on Visual Merchandising at Walmart. The internship is designed for individuals who have completed a Summer 2026 Walmart or Sam's Club internship and are looking to convert to a full-time role in 2027. The role emphasizes upholding Walmart's values such as Respect the Individual, Act with Integrity, Serve our Customers and Members, and Strive for Excellence. Key responsibilities include ensuring retail presentation consistency, developing associate training and resources, aligning with operations leadership, and managing store communications. The internship is based in a corporate, in-person office environment in Bentonville, AR.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program currently
  • MUST HAVE COMPLETED A SUMMER 2026 WALMART OR SAMS CLUB INTERNSHIP TO BE ELIGIBLE.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures clear, consistent, and brand-aligned presentation standards across the fleet through guidance, tools, and scalable best practices.
  • Develops and delivers engaging, hands-on training and resources that equip associates with the knowledge and confidence to execute brand-right presentation and experience standards.
  • Builds strong partnerships with Operations Support and Store Operations to drive clarity, adoption, and execution of brand experience programs and standards.
  • Creates, streamlines, and manages the communication systems that guide store teams — ensuring information is timely, actionable, and easy to understand.
