Corporate Intern - Food & Beverage Services
About The Position
Marriott Vacations Worldwide offers a comprehensive internship program at one of our corporate office locations, available in 3- or 6-month durations. The program is built around gaining in-person, on-site work experience within a designated department, receiving personalized guidance from experienced leaders, participating in exclusive sessions with senior executives, shadowing different departments, conducting interviews with senior leaders, collaborating on meaningful projects, and joining interactive online sessions. This specific internship is within the Food & Beverage Services department.
Requirements
- Actively pursuing a college degree at any level.
- Pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business, or Open fields.
- Proficiency in Excel.
Nice To Haves
- 21+ years of age
- TIPS Certified
- ServSafe Certified
- Previous Food & Beverage/Activities/Events experience
Responsibilities
- Assist with department specific day-to-day operations.
- Support project planning and execution under the guidance of team members.
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.
- Gather and analyze data to support projects, reports, or presentation.
- Core Food and Beverage Programing – data entry, communication to the field, progress rollout.
