About The Position

Bristol Community College is seeking experienced professionals to serve as Corporate Instructors/Facilitators. These subject matter experts will deliver programs and individualized courses in areas such as career and technical training, short-term training, professional development, and credentialing. Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience with relevant credentials in the specified content area.
• Demonstrated experience delivering instruction or training within the designated subject area.
• Experience delivering training across multiple corporate training topic areas (candidates with multi-disciplinary expertise will be given priority consideration).
• Proven ability to develop curriculum and design customized training programs.
• Proficiency with instructional and workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365 and virtual platforms such as Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills, including the effective use of technology for instruction.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Reliable transportation to travel to campus, community locations, and training sites as required.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse population of students, faculty, staff, and community partners.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States. Bristol Community College does not sponsor work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an instructor within assigned subject areas under the Corporate Services portfolio, delivering high-quality professional development programming.
• Design and develop curriculum, instructional materials, and learning resources for assigned courses and training offerings, as needed.
• Deliver instruction across multiple formats, including courses, webinars, workshops, and individual or group training sessions, in face-to-face, hybrid, and virtual environments.
• Provide regular project updates to the Associate Director of Corporate Services to ensure alignment with contracted objectives and delivery of high-quality customer service.
• Utilize formative and summative assessment methods to evaluate instructional effectiveness, participant learning outcomes, and overall program quality.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of attendance, participant progress, assessments, and other course-related documentation in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Submit weekly timesheets reflecting hours worked on assigned projects, in compliance with established guidelines.
• Complete all required Bristol Community College Human Resources, State Compliance and Cyber Security training courses.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service excellence when interacting with all members of the Bristol community, including faculty, staff, and students.
• Integrate and apply best practices aligned with the Commonwealth's Equity Agenda across all instructional and professional responsibilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support program and organizational needs.
