About The Position

We are a passionate team committed to our vision of creating financial solutions that make lives better and we’re seeking an experienced and strategic FP&A Manager to join our Corporate Finance team. As the FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s financial direction by delivering forward-looking insights, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing data-driven analysis to support strategic decision-making. You’ll partner cross-functionally with business leaders, enhance financial planning tools and processes, and help ensure the long-term financial health of the credit union.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and budgeting
  • Knowledge of Asset/Liability Management (ALM) and balance sheet analytics
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to partner with stakeholders across all organizational levels
  • Five+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a financial institution preferred
  • Experience with FP&A or ALM systems preferred
