What You Will Be Doing The Corporate Finance MBA Intern will partner closely with Finance and business leadership to support Acushnet’s corporate strategic planning process. This role will contribute to high-impact initiatives, including KPI development, market analysis, and cross-functional strategic projects, providing exposure to senior leadership and enterprise-wide decision-making.

Requirements

Currently pursuing an MBA
3–5 years of prior full time professional experience in one or more of the following: Investment Banking Private Equity Strategy Consulting Corporate Finance or Strategy at a publicly traded company
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to synthesize complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights
Genuine interest in the golf industry and consumer/sporting goods sector

Nice To Haves

Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools preferred

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of the corporate strategic planning process in collaboration with Finance and business leaders
Assist in defining global KPIs and building underlying data sets to enable structured, data-driven analysis
Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis across the golf and broader sporting goods landscape
Partner with Corporate Finance and Segment Finance teams to advance key strategic and operational initiatives
