About The Position

As the Corporate Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy, capital allocation, and long-term planning for the enterprise. This role serves as a key advisor to executive leadership, driving consolidated financial modeling, corporate forecasting, strategic liquidity analysis, and board-level reporting. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical horsepower, capable of transforming complex, enterprise-wide data into clear, actionable financial strategies that support long-term growth and corporate stability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in investment banking, or corporate finance, corporate development, or enterprise FP&A in a hypergrowth environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in building integrated three-statement financial models, scenario analyses, and valuation frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of corporate finance principles, capital markets, cash management, and macro-economic metrics.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex corporate financial data into compelling strategic narratives for C-suite executives.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive approach to leading enterprise-wide projects under tight timelines.

Nice To Haves

  • An MBA, CFA, or CPA designation is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the consolidated, long-range corporate financial model (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) to project enterprise liquidity and financial health.
  • Partner with senior leadership to evaluate capital structure, debt compliance, dividend planning, and major capital expenditure (CapEx) investments.
  • Oversee the consolidation of divisional financial inputs; design and analyze corporate-level KPIs, variance reporting, and enterprise performance metrics.
  • Support the preparation of materials for executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and external financial stakeholders (e.g., banks, auditors).
  • Provide financial modeling and decision-support for corporate strategy initiatives, including joint ventures, market expansions, and potential M&A activity.
  • Collaborate with Treasury to optimize working capital management, cash flow forecasting, and credit facility utilization.
  • Serve as the data steward for enterprise-level data pipelines to ensure seamless financial data flow and alignment on corporate assumptions.
