About The Position
This role is a pivotal leadership position where finance meets strategy. As a Corporate Finance Manager based in Montréal, the individual will shape financial integrity, influence executive decision-making, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across a complex, multi-entity environment.
Requirements
- CPA designation with strong expertise in IFRS and internal controls
- 8+ years of experience in complex, multi-entity environments
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate financial insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Bilingualism in English and French (spoken and written)
Nice To Haves
- experience with ERP/reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is an asset
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals
- Drive accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting and ensure integrity and reliability
- Resolve complex accounting issues in accordance with IFRS standards
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks across the business
- Lead process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure strong data governance and consistency
- Support M&A activities and integration efforts while delivering executive-level insights
