About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Events Specialist to support the planning and execution of our global events program. Reporting to the Corporate Events Manager, this role will play a critical part in delivering exceptional event experiences across industry conferences, customer events, executive programs, roadshows, and strategic brand activations. The ideal candidate is passionate about event management, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, corporate events, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and partner portals.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support onsite event execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of global events, including industry conferences, trade shows and regional roadshows.
  • Assist with event logistics, including venue coordination, registration management, shipping, travel arrangements, and onsite support.
  • Coordinate event timelines, project plans, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with managing vendor communications, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Coordinate event materials, giveaways, signage, booth assets, and promotional items.
  • Support onsite event execution, including booth setup, staff coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Support lead management processes and post-event follow-up activities.
