The purpose of this position is to provide dedicated, onsite Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) leadership during a short‑term assignment, requiring three full weeks per month onsite for approximately 12–18 months. During this period, the role will support local operational needs while maintaining limited corporate EHS responsibilities. Upon completion of the assignment, the position transitions into a Corporate EHS Manager role in Fort Collins, CO with organization‑wide impact. As a subject matter expert, the Corporate EHS Manager leads the development, standardization, and implementation of global EHS policies, procedures, and management systems. This role drives alignment across regions, advances Woodward’s global EHS strategy, and supports risk reduction and operational productivity through best‑practice leadership and strategic guidance.
