Corporate English Trainer
About The Position
goFLUENT is seeking a Spanish-bilingual Corporate English Trainer to deliver live online language lessons to business professionals from organizations around the world. Learners may include executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers, scientists, and other industry professionals. The trainer will teach one-on-one and small groups using goFLUENT’s established teaching methodology and foster an interactive, supportive virtual environment that encourages participation. This is a fully remote freelance position with flexible online teaching hours, a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week, and a preferred daytime teaching schedule. The role requires a dedicated, quiet workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a compatible computer. It may suit someone seeking flexible teaching work and additional income while keeping weekends available.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Comfort teaching via video conferencing platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Professional, engaging, and learner-focused approach.
- Dedicated, quiet, stable workspace for remote work.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
- Compatible PC or laptop: Windows 10 or later, or Mac with Monterey, Ventura, or Sonoma.
- For PC, Intel Core i5 12th generation, Core i7 11th generation, or equivalent and above; for Mac, MacBook Pro or MacBook Air with an M1 chip.
- At least 8 GB RAM and 20 GB of free disk space.
- Minimum availability of 30 hours per week.
