About The Position

This role provides strategic leadership in the development and execution of company-wide Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, programs, and safety culture initiatives across all sites. The Corporate EHS Manager drives risk management processes, oversees environmental compliance, manages safety training programs, chairs the Corporate Safety Committee, leads emergency preparedness, and monitors EHS performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or related field
  • 5+ years in a safety leadership role within a manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years at a management or senior supervisory level
  • Deep knowledge of OSHA, EPA, L&I, and other federal state, and local EHS regulations
  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage safety programs across multiple sites or departments
  • Demonstrated ability managing training strategy development, compliance systems, incident response programs

Nice To Haves

  • CSP certification preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Technology fluency with implementation of EHS software systems

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership in the development & execution of company-wide EHS policies, programs, and safety culture initiatives across all sites
  • Drive risk management processes by overseeing hazard identification, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions
  • Provide expert guidance to senior leadership & operations teams on regulatory compliance, performance metrics, and EHS strategy alignment
  • Manage all environmental compliance activities, including permitting, documentation, and interactions with regulatory agencies
  • Oversee the design and implementation of safety training programs, SOPs, and onboarding processes to ensure workforce competency & continuous improvement
  • Chair the Corporate Safety Committee and lead cross-functional collaboration to embed safety into operational processes and accountability structures
  • Lead emergency preparedness and response programs, ensuring plans, teams, and infrastructure are maintained and tested
  • Monitor and evaluate EHS performance through audits, inspections, and KPI tracking to ensure continuous compliance & operational excellence.
