The Document Control Manager is responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures for document control at Oklo. They will manage the entire lifecycle of documents within Oklo, ensuring that documents are accurately created, stored, tracked, and distributed in compliance with both internal standards and external regulations. This role involves overseeing the organization of digital records, implementing both document management and document control systems, and maintaining version control. This individual will work closely with departments across Oklo to ensure easy access to documents, handle revisions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also support audits and assist in ensuring proper document retention and disposal according to established policies. The Document Control Manager will also collaborate with project teams and external vendors, ensuring smooth communication and timely distribution of documents across departments. A key part of the role is maintaining accuracy, developing and improving document control processes, and implementing improvements to existing systems. This role will also involve direct intake of controlled documents and hands-on implementation of the developed processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting the overall efficiency of the organization.
