The Corporate Director of Destination Sales is responsible for driving top-line revenue growth, market share expansion, and brand presence for a multi-brand hotel portfolio across Florida. The key priority of this role is to identify new business opportunities, developing lead-generation strategies, and close business for the assigned hotels while expanding Concord Hospitality’s footprint in the Florida market. The Corporate Director of Destination Sales partners closely with hotel leadership team, Concord above property team, and brand representatives to ensure sales execution aligns with market opportunities, brand standards, and long-term growth objectives.
