About The Position

ON.energy is seeking a Manager to join its Corporate Development team, focused on project and structured finance and reporting to the Head of Investment Finance. The role will develop and structure new business models and financing strategies, owning the modeling, contracting, and lender relationships for offerings that expand how customers deploy ON.energy’s technology. The Manager will also contribute to broader corporate development initiatives, including capital raising, M&A, and board and investor materials. The position is suited to someone with at least four years of relevant experience and a track record of taking financings from term sheet to close. The successful candidate will combine strong technical skills and commercial judgment, build financial structures without an established playbook, and represent ON.energy with banks, lenders, and investors. The role is part of a small, high-impact team, with visibility to senior leadership, the board, and external stakeholders. It is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the New York office, and involves up to 10% travel.
