Responsibilities

  • Lead valuation and financial modeling analyses including investment return calculations, multi-year models, discounted cash flow, accretion/dilution impacts, and comparable/precedent transactions through Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Support all aspects of deal execution including presentation materials development, transaction documentation and closing activities. Seek to take on lead roles in select areas of responsibility.
  • Develop clear materials with business cases including financial budgets and models, revenue / EBITDA projections, and financing options. Make recommendations to the Executive team and Board.
  • Support early strategic and financial analysis of potential corporate development targets, including evaluating potential business opportunities with market research, financial and other analysis, and diligence, and communicating recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Assist and coordinate with cross-functional teams of internal stakeholders, target teams, and external advisors to evaluate targets, identify key diligence issues /synergies /value drivers, and assess transaction implications.
  • Oversee internal and external resources and ensure development projects are being met according to project plan.
  • Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned
