About The Position
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Corporate Consolidations Accountant to support financial reporting and consolidation activities across a growing private equity-backed platform. This role will assist with monthly close, trial balance consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and centralized financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, systems-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–5 years of accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills required
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Public accounting experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly consolidation of financial results across operating entities
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Consolidate trial balances and maintain financial reporting workbooks
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and assist with elimination entries
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Assist with management, lender, and investor reporting packages
- Maintain and improve reporting processes and documentation
- Coordinate with accounting teams across operating companies to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Support annual audits and ad hoc financial analysis projects
- Assist with other, ad-hoc financial duties as needed
