About The Position

We’re seeking a results-focused, innovative, self-driven, and well-qualified individual to join our talented team as our Global Consolidations & Corporate Accounting Manager. In this role, you will lead the organization’s worldwide financial consolidation, reporting, and accounting governance. This role drives process excellence, ensures compliance with global standards, provides technical accounting guidance for corporate-level transactions, and supports strategic growth through integration, treasury oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role partners with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and maintain the integrity of financial reporting across the group. As part of the team, you will be a self-motivated team player with a strong working knowledge of global accounting standards, consolidations, and intercompany accounting.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalency required; CPA or MBA preferred
  • Strong ERP proficiency, preferably JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1), and consolidation systems such as Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS) or Hyperion
  • Advanced Excel capability for financial analysis, modeling, and data validation
  • Strong technical accounting capability with the ability to interpret and apply accounting standards to complex transactions
  • Deep understanding of global consolidations, intercompany accounting, and foreign currency translation
  • Ability to establish accounting frameworks and enforce consistent application across multiple regions
  • Strong analytical capability to evaluate financial results and identify drivers of performance and risk
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including consolidations and corporate accounting responsibilities
  • Experience in a global organization with multi-entity and multi-currency structures
  • Demonstrated experience managing financial close, consolidation processes, and accounting policy application
  • Experience prioritizing work for global project teams, monitoring transactions to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Clear and confident communicator able to provide direction and resolve issues across global finance teams
  • Strong organizational capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a structured environment
  • Experience supporting audits, regulatory reporting, and global compliance requirements preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end global consolidation process and prepare consolidated financial statements for all reporting cycles, including actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Analyze and maintain Balance Sheet and P&L fluctuations, including intercompany accounts and cash forecasts
  • Drive and perform ad hoc reporting and financial analysis, including trend reviews, multiyear models, and validation of proper accounting treatment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end close and financial reporting in accordance with accounting policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
  • Champion continuous improvement, alignment, and automation of global finance and accounting processes and policies.
  • Build out and strengthen existing financial reporting and accounting policies while coordinating global compliance.
  • Implement and execute a standardized global three-day close.
  • Coordinate with regional and business unit finance teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure consistent application of accounting policies.
  • Working with the system administrator to maintain and optimize the corporate consolidation system, including new GL setup, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of system changes and reports.
  • Coordinate and automate intercompany reconciliations, foreign currency remeasurement/translation, and consolidation eliminations in collaboration with international accounting teams.
  • Review and validate intercompany allocations to ensure alignment with transfer‑pricing policies.
  • Maintain Transfer Pricing updates and ensure quarterly monitoring, and recommend adjustments where needed
  • Maintain the global authority policy and matrix and ensure compliance with governance standards.
  • Oversee global tax filing processes in partnership with tax advisors to ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Assist in global treasury operations, designing and overseeing banking structures, external financing, and internal funding mechanisms to support company growth.
  • Analyze FX impact on a global basis and recommend strategies to minimize overall exposure
  • Support Global Finance on special projects as needed
