About The Position

The Cason Group serves insurance professionals by delivering creative sales and service solutions that exceed expectations through Group Benefits, Individual Medical, and Financial Services. Our Corporate Communications function supports The Cason Group by developing internal and external communications and supporting company-wide initiatives. As a Corporate Communications Coordinator, you will assist with the development and delivery of communication strategies, projects, and content that promote The Cason Group and its products and services.

Requirements

2+ years of experience (or equivalent hands-on experience) in graphic design and project management
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related field preferred
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of graphic design layout and formatting
Competent writing skills, including AP Style
Experience with basic social media tools and analytics, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business, and WordPress
Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy of work

Responsibilities

Create and Design: design, write, and distribute internal communications including the monthly employee newsletter, branded templates, and collateral materials; assist with video and photo projects
Develop Content: support the design and production of corporate e-learning modules and communications materials for internal initiatives and annual conferences
Manage Digital Channels: update website content with carrier news and resources; create and post content across social and business channels while tracking engagement
Support Communications Projects: assist with podcast planning, creation, and distribution and contribute to special corporate communications projects as needed
