About The Position

HEPCO is seeking a Corporate Card Support Specialist to support a Finance Shared Services Customer Care team. This fully remote position provides customer and administrative support for corporate travel and procurement card programs. The specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling card applications, account modifications, employee transfers and terminations, delinquency matters, and routine to moderately complex customer inquiries. Support is provided by phone, chat, and email.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
  • Customer service experience in a call center, retail, medical office, financial services, banking, IT service desk, help desk, or another service-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience supporting or administering a corporate card program.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and internet-based applications.
  • Experience managing customer or client inquiries.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and respond appropriately.
  • Ability to explain complex information based on the customer’s needs.
  • Experience with case management and knowledge-base systems, including ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense processes, and IT support.
  • Experience with enterprise-level financial systems.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft Enterprise Helpdesk and expense-management systems.
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting and smart cards.
  • Basic understanding of laptops and desktop computers, including Dell and HP equipment.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN client configuration.

  • Experience using SAP Concur.

  • Previous remote-work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process corporate travel and procurement card applications, modifications, transfers, and terminations accurately and within established service-level agreements.
  • Respond to card-program questions and provide prompt, comprehensive customer service.
  • Gather information from customers, research answers, and complete moderately complex transactions.
  • Use knowledge bases, websites, financial systems, and other resources to resolve customer requests.
  • Document and track customer interactions in a case management system.
  • Prepare clear case notes, emails, and supporting documentation.
  • File documents electronically and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with card delinquency administration.
  • Collaborate with Card Administrators, team members, and management to resolve complex inquiries.
  • Perform additional administrative and customer-support tasks across the corporate card program.
