About The Position

Momentum Solar is seeking a certified and experienced corporate trainer to enhance the skills and knowledge of new hires and existing employees. The primary objective is to conduct effective training sessions, boost company efficiency, and improve overall personnel capabilities. This role involves collaborating with management to identify training needs, developing and implementing training curricula, and delivering training through various materials like module summaries, videos, and presentations. A key aspect of the role includes memorizing scripts verbatim and engaging in conversational role-playing to simulate real-world scenarios.

Requirements

• Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a teaching position.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite software.
• Excellent public speaking skills.

• Great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences.

Benefits

• $50k starting salary
• Access to Standard Rep Comp Plan ($150 per personal sale, $50 per personal demo, all bonus tiers)
