About The Position

Manage the corporate banking relationship for large, complex and global companies in the Media and Communications industry. Lead deal teams comprised of cross-disciplinary firm colleagues to develop and execute solutions for clients and prospective clients. Deploy credit products to the client base and work with internal risk partners to ensure proper analysis and evaluation of credit exposures and risks. Mentor junior Bankers, as well as Analysts and Associates. Manage and supervise team members, including conducting annual performance reviews and assisting with overall work coverage strategy. This position requires up to 60% travel (domestic, and international to Europe, Asia, and LATAM) to various client sites and JPMC offices for internal meetings/trainings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study plus ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or as Corporate Banking Executive, Global Corporate Banker, Investment Banker, Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Banker, or related occupation.
  • Ten (10) years of experience with leading banking teams to advise media and communications clients on public and private financings of at least $500 million.
  • Ten (10) years of experience advising clients on international cash management, derivatives transactions, and hedging transactions.
  • Ten (10) years of experience fostering C-suite level client relationships with large multinational companies whose annual revenues exceed $10 billion.
  • Ten (10) years of experience serving as deal team leader for a global banking platform across financing, derivatives, or mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to coordinate complex cross-border transactions with international teams.
  • Ten (10) years of experience preparing accounting and financial statement analysis.
  • Ten (10) years of experience participating in client relationship management specifically focusing on identifying financing, hedging, or payments opportunities appropriate for a large international bank to pursue with its clients.
  • Ten (10) years of experience mentoring and professionally developing junior team members.
  • FINRA Series 79 or Series 79TO license.
  • FINRA Series 63 license.
  • FINRA Series 24 license.
