About The Position

Levenfeld Pearlstein (LP) is currently seeking a Corporate Associate with 3 to 5 years of sophisticated M&A transactions experience to join our growing and highly collaborative Corporate Practice Group. LP’s Corporate Practice Group represents middle-market companies, private equity funds, family businesses, and entrepreneurs in a wide range of transactional and governance matters. We handle M&A transactions from $10 million to $1 billion across diverse industries — including food & beverage, industrial manufacturing, professional services, cannabis, and more. Our work includes complex acquisitions, divestitures, ESOP transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, complex commercial agreements, private offerings and general corporate counseling. We are known for combining technical excellence with a practical, business-oriented approach. We pride ourselves on delivering high standards and high care — meaning not just outstanding legal work, but also a culture of collaboration, trust, and commitment to client success. Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of sophisticated M&A transactions experience

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial approach to practicing law
