Corporate Associate - Denver

We are currently seeking 2nd to 6th year associate candidates to support our Denver Office's Corporate Practice Group. Requirements
- 2nd to 6th year associate candidates
- Excellent credentials from a top law school
- Strong writing skills
Responsibilities
- Support our Denver Office's Corporate Practice Group.
- Experience with a broad range of transactional and governance matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, publicly and privately traded securities, corporate maintenance and formation, corporate finance, licensing, and venture capital financing.
