About The Position
Mission Yogurt is seeking a Retail Associate/Cashier to join our team at Longs Peak Market & Goods. We make travel more enjoyable with grab-and-go food, drinks, and a thoughtfully curated mix of retail items. We proudly feature an array of locally crafted goods for travelers from around the world—perfect for last-minute finds and meaningful souvenirs. The Retail Associate will greet and assist travelers, help them find grab-and-go food, drinks, and retail items, and highlight locally crafted products. They will keep the store organized, clean, and welcoming, and ensure every guest has a friendly, efficient experience in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Candidates who are enthusiastic about working within a Colorado-based company.

- Upholds a professional and approachable style and presentation.
- Previous experience as a team member, crew member, retail associate, or sales clerk.
- Flexibility in daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Executes Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards and procedures.
- Availability and willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Interact with incoming and departing guests warmly with genuine intent and eye contact.
- Restocking high-quality products promptly.
- Taking guests' orders and payments in a timely manner.
- Manages cash drawer and follows all cash handling policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Ensure that the store is being maintained and cleaned following company standards.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, such as opening and closing duties, dress code, and processing transactions.
