About The Position
Associate Territory Manager – Surgical Specialties - Denver Are you passionate about transforming healthcare? Do you want to grow your career in medical device? Join us as an Associate Territory Manager (ATM) and play a crucial role in supporting our innovative Surgical specialty products. You'll provide hands-on surgical case support, conduct essential training, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals. This role involves up to 75% travel in your assigned territory and offers the potential to grow into a Territory Manager position. Ideal candidates are hungry, driven, and eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and an innate competitive nature.
- Minimum of 1 year experience selling within hospitals; preferred in OR experience
- Willingness to travel extensively and consider future relocation for promotion.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- BA/BA degree required
- Must have a clean driving record and up-to-date vaccination
Responsibilities
- Support and train healthcare professionals on our products.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to execute training and support plans.
- Help generate new business while expanding existing account sales.
- Maintain accurate records and manage your territory effectively.
Benefits
- Starting compensation is $75-87k base plus performance bonus, company car, full benefits and generous PTO.
