About The Position

Greenberg Traurig is seeking a junior- to mid-level M&A Associate to join its Corporate Practice in the Los Angeles office. The role offers the opportunity to train and work with a dynamic, nationally recognized practice group at a firm consistently ranked among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100. The firm offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.

The expected annual pay range is $235,000–$390,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and a range of insurance, savings, leave, and assistance benefits.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a general corporate practice, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.
• Team-oriented.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
